- Get your admission slipYou get the slip as soon as the form is submitted. Keep it safe.
- Visit the collegeBring the original documents and the slip to the college office.
B.Pharm eligibility
- Passed 10+2 from a recognised board.
- Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology.
- Minimum qualifying marks as per college / university norms.
- Admission requirements issued by the affiliating authority.
- Entrance process, if applicable, as per current state guidelines.
D.Pharm eligibility
- Passed 10+2 from a recognised board.
- Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology.
- Minimum qualifying marks according to admission norms.
- Must appear in and pass the JEECUP entrance examination.
- Guidelines issued by the board or affiliating authority apply.
Documents to keep ready
- 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
- Transfer Certificate / Character Certificate
- Passport size photographs
- Aadhaar Card or valid identity proof
- Caste / domicile / income certificate, if applicable
- Entrance exam documents, if required
- Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate

Scholarship
Students can apply through the UP State Scholarship portal or the National Scholarship Portal, as per eligibility. The college office helps with the application.
